Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Arrows Go uses on-device saves, optional notifications, analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, attribution, and advertising services.
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Overview
Arrows Go is a puzzle game that does not require account registration to play. The app stores core game progress and settings on your device, and it also uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash diagnostics, and remote configuration.
No Account Required
We do not require sign-in to access the core game.
- No username, password, or in-app account registration is required to play.
- No photo library, camera, microphone, or contact access is required for normal gameplay.
- Your game progress is not synced through an account provided by us.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores gameplay-related information locally on your device so features can work properly. This may include:
- completed levels, current save data, Daily Challenge status, streaks, badges, trophies, hints, revive tickets, ad tickets, and other progression state;
- settings such as sound, music, haptics, language, theme, and whether personalized ads are enabled;
- your locally chosen player label and avatar selection;
- timestamps and flags used to schedule local reminder notifications.
This local data is typically stored using on-device app storage such as UserDefaults or local app files.
Notifications
The app may ask for permission to send local notifications. If you allow notifications, Arrows Go can schedule reminder messages such as daily, weekend, or return-to-play reminders.
Notifications are optional, can be denied, and can be turned off later in iOS Settings.
Advertising, Analytics, Attribution, and Remote Config
Arrows Go integrates third-party SDKs and related services for app measurement, crash diagnostics, remote configuration, and ads. Based on the current app build, these services may include Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, NovaBridge/NovaAds, Google Mobile Ads, Tenjin, ThinkingData, and mediated advertising partners.
Depending on your device, region, permissions, and ad availability, these services may process technical data such as device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate attribution information, app instance identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic information, ad request and impression events, app interaction events, session timing, language, bundle ID, and gameplay or UI events used for analytics and monetization.
Our ad mediation setup can route requests to multiple ad networks and bidders. Those partners may include providers such as AppLovin, TopOn, Meta Audience Network, Chartboost, Fyber, InMobi, ironSource, Mintegral, Moloco, Pangle, Unity Ads, Vungle, Bigo, and others supported by the active mediation configuration.
Tracking Permission and Personalized Ads
On iOS, the app may request App Tracking Transparency permission in order to support relevant advertising and measure ad performance. If permission is denied, tracking for those purposes may be limited and you may still receive non-personalized or contextual ads.
The app also provides an in-app personalized ads setting. Changing that setting updates the app's privacy preference for supported advertising and analytics flows.
Remote Configuration
The app uses remote configuration to update operational settings without requiring a full app release. This may include ad timing, placement behavior, cooldowns, feature switches, and similar runtime configuration.
Support Contact and External Links
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message and use it to respond to your request. The app may also open external pages such as support, privacy, terms, the App Store, or your mail app when you choose those actions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data in the ordinary sense of selling player lists or support messages. However, data may be processed by the third-party service providers described above so they can deliver analytics, attribution, crash reporting, remote config, and advertising functions.
Offline Play and Data Sync
Core puzzle gameplay can often be used offline, but some services such as ads, attribution, remote config, support pages, or email actions may require an internet connection. Because Arrows Go does not provide an account-based cloud save system, progress generally stays on the device where it was created.
Children's Privacy
Arrows Go is intended for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support email or another direct contact channel, please contact us so we can review the request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if the app's features, SDK integrations, permissions, or public support flows change. When we do, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
